After 20 years of experience in personal training, pilates mat classes, and body work, I’ve come to the recognition that every student’s physicality is singular. Assessment of each student’s needs is the foundation from which I build a training regimen that fulfills the goal of overall good health.
I have experience working with an array of clients, from athletes to seniors with disabilities.
I believe in teaching each student, at any level, the fundamentals; the what and why of each exercise. This awareness helps clients understand the exercises and stay motivated.
