Michelle teaches private and semi-private classes in her studio or in your home. She also teaches corporate group classes.

Class Info
For each personalized training session, a tailored program is created for the client's desired end result. Multiple methods are used within each program.


Multi-Method Classes (Single)
(Pilates, Weights and Physio Ball Combo)
$45 per Session or $160 for 4 Sessions ($40 per session)

Semi-Private (2 people)
$55 per Session
or $200 for 4 Sessions ($50 per session)

Pilates Mat Classes
$35 per session
